Warranty Return Policy:

Do not ship your defective product to Mobo Networks LLC before contacting customer support.

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Mobo Support must be aquired before returning a product. Products returned without an RMA number are not processed and will be returned to you at your cost.

Have the following ready when calling support:

  • Your Contact Information
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Product Serial Number
  • Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
  • Credit Card information for optional shipping services 

To process an RMA, the following procedure shall apply: 

  1. Mobo Networks will issue an RMA number via phone, e-mail, or fax. This grants a tentative authorization to ship the products to Mobo Networks for evaluation.
  2. Upon receipt of a malfunctioning unit, Mobo Networks will evaluate the extent of the problem. If no hardware defect is found, Mobo Networks will charge a “No Problem Found” fee.
  3. RMA units that are under warranty will be repaired at no charge and returned to the customer.
  4. Non-warranty RMA units: Mobo Networks will notify customer of the price to repair the hardware and seek written approval. After repair Mobo Networks will return equipment to customer.
  5. Mobo Networks does not provide “loaner” equipment. Customers may purchase replacements if necessary. Please contact a Mobo Support Specialist for more information.

“Out of Warranty” Products

If your product is not covered under warranty, we offer Repair Services for a fee. Please call a support specialist today and see if your product is still covered under warranty.
