Once a technician has spoken to you he will initiate a session with your computer and begin the repair work. The repair work is live and you will see everything the technician is performing on your computer screen at home. After the repairs have been completed the technician will disconnect from your computer and will no longer be able to connect to your machine until a new session is initiated by you. Please keep in mind that sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the severity of your issue.
